Toshiba engineer call outs are charged as follows:
Call Out @ £145 (inc first half hour, travel and subsidence)
Subsequent Labour @ £69 per hour
Toshiba TEC holds more than £1 million worth of spare parts in the UK & with over 90 UK regional based Toshiba engineers, this is an all inclusive rate with no additional subsidence or mileage charges applicable.
Call out times can not be guaranteed unless your printer is covered by a Toshiba Maintenance Contract - which guarantees an 8 hour response.
DID YOU KNOW? - all new Toshiba backed maintenance contracts include a free pre-contract inspection of your printer at your site, with any faults or errors identified and repaired before the contract commences (parts etc. used are chargeable)
