What do these prices mean?

Many of the printers we supply come with an inclusive warranty period - often 3 months on site, 21 months return-to-base (RTB).

We therefore offer reduced pricing in the first and second years to upgrade this warranty to full onsite.

If you're printer is more than 2 years old or you did not purchase it through us you probably need to consider the STANDARD contract price as applicable to you.

What do I get??

Our standard contract (as offered above) is based on a guaranteed 8 hour on-site engineer response, 5 days per week, with telephone technical support during working hours. Benefits of this contract include:

• A free pre-contract printer inspection by a Toshiba engineer.
• Over 90 “Toshiba” regional service engineers throughout the UK
• A dedicated customer support team.
• Manufacturer’s own, fully qualified technical support, workshop and field service engineers
• A standard 8 Hour/5 days per week onsite response commitment (with a range of response commitment options from 2 hour to 24 hours)
• Full accountability through service product performance analysis and report-back procedures
• £1 million of spare parts held in the UK
• Bank holiday & Monday - Sunday extra cost cover options
